Recipe of the Week: Macaroni Salad in the Simplest Form EVER

During the summer Macaroni Salad is a popular dinner side and lunch around here. I learned how to do it from my Aunt next door-because on my own I like really don't know how to cook.

Ingredients:

1lb. of Macaroni-feel free to multiply as needed
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Cracked black pepper
Salt
Green Pepper
Red Pepper
Chives
Tomato
Cucumber
Onion

Get a BIG pot, fill it with water and bring to a boil. Then dump in the macaroni, while the macaroni is cooking add the cracked pepper and salt-gives it a better taste if you add it while cooking. Cook till just tender-be sure not to over cook it because the moisture in the mayo and mustard will make it a mushy mess if you do.
While the noodles are cooking you can cut up as much of the veggies as you like and mix them all up together. Now take the macaroni off the stove top pour it into a strainer and rinse it with cold water till it's cool.
Pour macaroni into a big bowl, sprinkle in veggies, dob in mayo and squirt in mustard till it looks good to you, add a little extra salt and pepper. Stir it all up and stick it into the fridge till dinner!

Yes, I realize I really don't ever use measurements, stuff just sorta turns out better and doesn't take as long if you eyeball it, heck with perfectionism right? Right?? 0.-
